The property was great and spacious, you will really enjoy it with your family or a bigger group of friends! The facilities provided were great. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained and we were even provided pool towels. Our experience was over all good. If you are visiting with a large group of people, definitely go ahead with the property. We hope to stay here again when we visit next!

Villa Calangute Phase 2 is a quick 5 minutes walk away from the Calangute beach. Located perfectly where you get all you need at a walking distance, be it the groceries, restaurants ( local and fine dine), shacks, etc. Major tourist attractions are just within a 30 min drive away. The villa itself is very well maintained. It was disinfected when we arrived. The overall check in process was seamless with majority of the checkin done during the booking stage itself. The caretaker was very helpful, quick to respond and always available if we needed something. Parking can be a bit tricky, but Mr Anil was very upfront about the parking space available. Fortunately we were able to park the cars in both the villas. Villa Calangute became the perfect place for a great family get together. Definitely in one of my favourite places to stay when in Goa.

We traveled to Goa as a group of 9 and had a wonderful stay here. The villa is well-maintained and has all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the swimming pool was clean, parking space was ample and there was a security guard on premise. We were floored by the hospitality shown by Mr Anil and his staff. They were available round the clock to cater to any requests we had. The location too was ideal, quiet and just a couple of minutes walk from Calangute beach. We would definitely come back here next time we are in Goa.

Awesome place to stay if you are going with friends or family. Locality is pretty good and everything you need is accessible nearby. We came with a group with multiple kids and it was the perfect home! Much bigger living/joint space area than the pictures show - very open layout, perfect for hanging out all day! The pool was clean and well cared for, and the beach was such a short walk away (5 min or less) even for little kids. It’s a less crowded beach than others in the area, which was great for the kids - almost felt like our private beach! The hosts (Raj and Mr. Anil) were very responsive and met all our needs quickly. Such a great vacation spot for any large group - we will definitely come back again!

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Staying at Villa Calangute phase 11 was more than we could of hoped for, such a beautiful place. So clean and well maintained, spacious is an understatement, it is huge!! All the staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, every single thing was taken care of right from the booking enquiry until the day we left to come home...we did not want to leave. Such an amazing holiday 😊 I would definitely recommend staying in a villa rather than a hotel, the whole experience was amazing. Perfect for children and families, it is definitely the way to go and you will not find a more luxurious villa than this in Calangute or the surrounding areas..just stunning!! Thank you so much Villa Calangute for the most amazing holiday... keep up the good work..see you all again next year!!

Villa Calangute is an ideal place to stay in Goa. The villa was located very close to the main street within walking distance yet tucked away in an area that is quiet and not noisy. The area was safe and easy to get to with good security and lighting around the streets. The villa is very spacious with plenty of rooms, an upstairs seating area in addition to the spacious living room/dinner area. Everything was clean and tidy with hot water, sky tv, air conditioning and wifi facilities. It was a perfect place to stay and would definitely recommend to anyone that visits Goa and wants to have a good time.

We stayed at Villa Calangute Phase 3 Villa in the month of Feb 2015. We were two families. We had a excellent stay at the villa. Nice self content and well equipped villa. Just 5 minutes walk to the Calangute beach. We loved every bit of it. Rooms were also very clean and well maintained. Any thing you need is just round the corner also the Villa provides all the necessary contact details like bike / taxi rentals etc. Overall we were very happy, relaxed and enjoyed every bit of it.

It was indeed a vert comfortable stay for us here. ANd quite luxerious too. We would love to come back here again. Also, we would be glad to recommend this place to our friends. The surprise package of eggs, beer, milk and other grocery items came handy. Moveover, we all loved the deco inside the house. Hoping to continue the association with you. Just one suggestion, if we may - doormats would really help after a bath and more drinking water too! All in all, it was a very exciting stay for us.

Thank your for all the support you give us, during our 14 day stay in March 2010 in your villa.

The house ist great. Everything is like you promise in the net. We can recommend your house to all travellers to Goa.

It is quiet and if you wish to make party, just walk a few minutes and you find the party. If you like it quiet, just stay in the area arround the villa.

The beach ist just 3 minutes by foot.

All in all: You give us great holidays. Hope to see you again.

The Villa was as advertised on the net.
The Villa was Clean, an important issue with us.
We would like to have internet access in the villa (at a cost of course),
However, we were aware of this not being available on making the booking.
All said, we would be happy to stay at the Villa Calangute again.
