The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

Phase 5 is a standalone villa and features 7BHK and 7 en suite bathrooms. Phase 1 (4BHK) and 2 (6BHK) are located on the same plot of land which is adjacent Phase 5 and have 8 bathrooms. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. Nine master bedrooms include king-sized beds each, two feature three single beds each, and six feature zip-and-link twin beds that may be connected to form a king bed. The ground floor has six bedrooms, making it the perfect choice for those with specific mobility needs. With day and night curtains, mesh mosquito shades, and international plug sockets, every comfort has been considered. If needed, a travel cot is available.

KITCHEN

The interior is spacious, and modern, exuding subtle and sophisticated elegance. The smart contemporary kitchens are a great asset for guests looking for self-sufficiency. The 3 kitchens offer everything that self-catered villas would need with clean granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchens are fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

AC PARTY ROOM

With a dance floor, bar area, excellent lighting, booth seating, wall murals, and custom neon lighting, the top-floor party room with Bluetooth tower speakers is a fantastic venue for hosting an exclusive gathering. For INR 7000 per night, you can reserve it for any one night between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. You can order beverages and have your very own DJ. The only people who can use this party space are those who are staying at the villa.
Large DJ speakers are expressly prohibited from being used anywhere near the swimming area, and security personnel will stop the music when they hear it.

2 PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS & JACUZZI

You have 2 private pools for your entire group to enjoy. Why not use one pool for a zumba session, play water polo in the other pool, chill in the Jacuzziand let the kid’s swim in the kid’s pool.

There are several possibilities to take pictures against an Instagram-worthy backdrop or simply relax on sun lounges and soak up some rays. Phase 5 pool is complemented by a two Elephant Showers which spout water from their trunks into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 12 x 5 meter swimming pool has an attached 3 x 4 meter kid’s pool and 4 x 2m Jacuzzi with overflowing waterfall, great for a back massage. Phase 1 and 2 pool is 9 x 5 and has an attached 2 x 5 meter kid’s pool. Pool towels are provided. Choosing between lounging by the pool and walking 2 minutes to the beach and sea is the conundrum!

GARDEN WITH GAMES AREA AND BBQ SETUP

Vacations are often opportunities were families and friends bond so we have provided super fun activities to keep you busy during your staycation. So pump up your energy and enjoy a game of basketball, badminton, archery, pool or carom and then enjoy the barbecue set-up.

HOUSEKEEPING & COOKING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week. We have provided you with a self catered villa with cooking facilities but no meals.

We can provide you a private chef well versed with Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking for an additional cost. A Chef must be booked at the time of doing the villa reservation. The Chef takes responsibility to ensure that all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.

SECURITY

The high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. Each swimming pool villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The private swimming pool villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. Directions to PHASE 1, 2 & 5

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Take the road towards Kamat Holiday Homes Resort Phase 1, continue down the road until you pass Baskin-Robbins on the right hand side. You will see a travel kiosk called Decathlon Sports Mall on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street, take the turning between Villa Calangute phase 1 and Ondas Do Mar Beach Resort towards hotel Grandeur De Sanchi. Phase 2 is located on the right hand side of the road.
