The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

10 AC BEDROOMS

Just a 10 minute's stroll from the Calangute beach, Villa Calangute Phase 11 and 12 are the perfect mix of comfort and elegance for families or groups seeking a zen Goa retreat. This 10-bedroom colonial-style oasis accommodates 30 people, within 10 AC bedrooms and 10 extra mattresses. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. Phase 11 has 4 bedroom villas whereas Phase 12 is a 6 bedroom Villa. Inside Goa’s must luxurious villas are 8 king size beds and 2 twin bedrooms.

10 BATHROOMS

Each of the en suite bathrooms has a huge window that lets in the most light possible, highlighting the stunning rustic tiles with a stone feel that are characteristic of Bali. The niches give it even more refined flair. The floors in two of the bathrooms feature the distinctive pebble effect. The bathrooms are opulent, featuring enormous vanity counters, exquisite Kohler fixtures, and sinks for him and her. There are bathtubs with a rain shower and a separate hand shower in four of the bathrooms. The top floor restrooms in Phase 12 are open-concept. In keeping with the organic design concept, bathroom 5 (a room without a roof) is exposed to the sky. You will therefore be exposed to the outside while using the restroom, vanities, and bathing come rain or shine. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom.

KITCHEN AND ZEN GADERN

The self-catered is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few. The neighbouring Zen Garden imitates the intimate essence of nature by using natural elements to bring the outside, inside and providing a great place for relaxation and meditation.

AC LIVING & AC DINING ROOM

The gorgeous air conditioned living and dining areas connect to a tranquil private poolside space and is defined by striking dolphin showers that spout water into the pool. The lounge room provides comfort as you and your loved ones watch TV, play pool, table tennis, or carom. This property offers activities for the whole family, including spontaneous get-togethers by the pool and cozy sit-outs on the balcony.

AC Party Room

The new PARTY ROOM with Bluetooth tower Speakers in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, Bluetooth tower speaker, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Large DJ speakers are strictly not permitted for use near the swimming pool area at any time and music will be stopped by security staff.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

There's a shaded terrace to avoid the noon sun, and the high compound wall provides a calm haven with some seclusion. The Private pool sits in between the two villas. There is a 4 by 2 meter kid's pool inside the 9 by 4 meter swimming pool. Choosing between lounging by the pool and walking 12 minutes to the beach and sea is the conundrum! The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p m.

HOUSEKEEPING & COOKING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Twice a week, bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are replaced. You have a self-catered villa with cooking amenities, but no meals are included.

For an extra fee, we can send you a personal chef who is skilled in Indian, Jain, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. When making a villa reservation, a chef must be reserved. The chef is in charge of making sure that all supplies, including non-vegetables, spices, and vegetables, are bought from the neighborhood grocery store and that you are billed when necessary.

SECURITY

Every lush villa features an electronic safe to protect your belongings. The family villa is fenced, and a security guard patrols the property at night. You have extra security knowing that the villa's exterior gardens are under CCTV monitoring. A First Aid package for those unplanned little cuts and scratches, smoke detectors, fences surrounding balconies, fire extinguishers, and outdoor lights are among the extra safety and security elements of the family villa. Our goal is for you to have peace of mind during your visit and to feel secure.

For all long weeekends/bank holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights + full occupancy (no rooms locked) and For X'mas/New Year is 9 nights. For prices between 20th Dec to 6th Jan please call reservation Dept. Directions to Phase 11 & 12

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach DITOSA circle. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
