The location is just perfect, if you looking for a perfect holiday destination than this it. The villa we stayed at was exquisite, the rooms were so spacious and bright. Every furniture in the lobby have a story of their own and quite impressive interiors . The staff were friendly and so were the owners. Recommended for a family holiday, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best place for corporate parties and large groups. Amazing place to stay and had a very good time here. From corporate meetings to party at pool was super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful and available round the clock. Will recommend to others too and definetly booking this for the next tour de Goa..

Every bedroom has prominent walls painted in a range of colors, including orange, blue, green, and yellow, each of which carefully captures the essence of the sun, sea, sunset, and lush vegetation that are characteristic of Goa. The well considered layout separates the rooms into three various spatial configurations: villas facing the road, rooms with a view of the pool, and rooms that enable a smooth interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces. Every bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a closet, a room safe, a small fridge, a desk and chair, and a balcony that offers the perfect spot to take in the lush surroundings and the serene views of the surrounding fields.

The bathrooms have been thoughtfully designed with features like huge granite counters, retractable laundry lines, 8-inch rain showers, and smart lighting, all with the primary goal of ensuring your comfort. Because ground level restrooms have smaller sinks and toilets, grab bars and other supports are perfect for elderly or disabled guests. While the Deluxe bathrooms include walk-in showers, the Superior bathrooms feature bathtubs.

KITCHEN, AC LIVING & AC DINING ROOM

There is an indoor commercial kitchen which is exclusively used by our in-house 'Private Chef' - who is well versed in Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking and cannot be used by the general public/guests as it has commercial burners. You can book the chef for an additional cost. We understand guests may wish to cook their own food at the premises so for this reason we have kept an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners with basic utensils for guest to use for no extra cost. In addition, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.

Come lunchtime, get your cook on in the outdoor kitchen – complete with gas grill and wine cooler – before dining alfresco altogether beside the pool. Gather for cocktail-o-clock and a spectacular sunset before retreating inside and stretching out on the sofa. Treat yourself to a spa-worthy soak in the deep soak bathtub before bed – because you’re worth it.

GARDEN / GAZEBO

The gated property is a perfect location for evening poolside BBQs because of its large lawn and secure entry. The grounds are immaculately maintained, as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden has been expertly designed and kept up. On the roomy lawn, mixed age groups can play basketball, badminton, or archery with lots of space. People can relax or swim around the pool on the sun loungers that surround it. In the rear of the villa, there is a separate 10 x 6 m gazebo where guests can opt to eat outside. High chairs are provided free of charge if any are available.

AC PARTY ROOM

The new PARTY ROOM with Bluetooth tower Speakers in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, Bluetooth tower speaker, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Large DJ speakers are strictly not permitted for use near the swimming pool area at any time and music will be stopped by security staff.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own exclusively private swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers are on hand. The delightful swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and is complemented by a two Elephant Showers which spout water from their trunks into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 12 x 5 meter swimming pool has an attached 3 x 4 meter kid’s pool and 4 x 2m Jacuzzi with overflowing waterfall, great for a back massage. Pool towels are provided. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach!

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which consists of thoroughly cleaning the whole villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed twice a week.

SECURITY

Each guest room has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The property is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the accommodation are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The resort has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available onsite.

Directions to Phase 17

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left, you will pass by Royal Kaju House (on the right), then 1st left again, you will pass Akal Shawls on the left-hand side. Continue down the road until you reach DITOSA circle. Stop there and on the left hand side is Villa Calangute Phase 10 followed by Villa Calangute Phase 17, 11 and 12. Villa Calangute Phase 13 and 14 are next door to Villa Calangute Phase 10. Villa Calangute Phase 11 is behind Phase 12.

Alternatively if you are coming from Nerul side, you can also come to Decathalon (well-known landmark) and take the 1st right at Babutes Supermarket, continue straight down the road until you reach Ditosa Circle.
